After finished this training, this is a very useful training to understand clients and own weakness. Also help us to understand clients exception, emotions, behavior etc. Moreover, I can able to find my lack of communication near future. So, I am very glade to get the opportunity to participate this training.

'Communication in Care Training' is really helpful for working in the care sector because it gives clear guidelines on how to deal with patients.

This course I felt would be a good learning tool for anyone new to Communicating in care but also excellent as a refresher to people who have been in a position of caring for someone Or in a role where communication is key. I found it reminded me of effectively communicating and ensuring I take time to reflect on what I do and the way I do it.
