The course was very well presented with the presenter having good clear diction. The course content was relevant to the subject and a good selection of questions to test understanding and competence for a pass.
Easy to understand
Like the bite size video clips as this breaks down the subject matter and allows you to replay & review the content.

Surprisingly good!
I'm a professional Trainer and have suffered many of these compliance type courses which are normally truly awful. This was refreshingly different. I learned a lot, was not patronized and it didn't take too long. The test questions were mostly sensible and unambiguous too. All in all I quite enjoyed it and it was a good use of my time – I never thought I would say that of a compliance type course!
