Practical Info for Serving Alcohol
An informative course. Quite a lot of information to absorb in readiness for a test at the end. Opportunity to review some sections if needed. Legislation, personal safety and health implications all covered in this course relating to serving alcohol on site. Interesting to note that smoking and gambling also covered.
