Good basic introduction
Gives you a good basic introduction to the fundamental concepts of safety when working at height, unless you can avoid it in the first place (spoiler alert!)

good all round delivery of information
i had technical difficulties as in i had no sound – so i used subtitles happy with that but in some parts the subtitles stopped also it would have been good to show an inspection tag so operators know what to look at
