the course is very beneficial

the training is very important and helpful because its train us how to deal with unconcious bias that we defintly have. the coatch or the trainer was very cleared.

I don't agree with 100% of the training

It was a great training. I learnt the different types of biases, and how to deal with them. I learnt a lot of valuable information in this training, and it was very vital and crucial. Although I don't agree with one or two things, I'd say that it had a net positive effect on me.

It was a good session

Since am new here i was finding things different then my previous company. But the course was totally an eye opener and changed my perspective of looking at things

I found the approach rather patronising!

Some of the statements made I found questionable, and would have liked to have been given more evidence for their validity. That's probably the physical scientist in me – I need to be convinced by the evidence for the statements made and this could not be given in this sort of course. Perhaps this is unconscious bias in relation to a soft science such as psychology? – or perhaps it IS based on evidence…

Very good

Very useful information

Excellent course

This course was very interesting and really made me think of how I behave around people, sometimes without really knowing why.

Very informative & interesting .

Would recommend.

Good and had areas that were informative

Found the course informative thank you

Engaging, Direct, initial foundation

This raised many eyebrows of surprise about just how much unconscious bias I need to challenge and ACT upon. Really useful tool to remember and the training has sparked an increased curiosity to question further and delve deeper into the case study example types we may demonstrate daily in and outside the work place. But a care to know its years of conditioning and past experiences to challenge.

OK to complete but 1 dimensional.

The whole course was based on watching and listening to video. They were clear but dry. I would retain information better if it had used more examples and interactive exercises to engage me in the content.
