Amazing
Eye-opening and fantastic. I have sometimes been the subject of unconcious bias myself based on race/ age before people even get a chance to know me, it is encouraging that there is training like this for everyone to learn about it and reflect on it.
It made me think about the biases I have
A useful training course. It made me think about what biases I have and why I have them. I will make sure that will use the A.C.T method on those biases to ensure I treat people correctly.

Thought provoking
It is good to complete a course where it makes you think of how you think and look at things. It has highlighted that I do have a 'unconscious bias'. I can actually say I gained something from this course to take away with me and think more before making assumptions about people.
Good, clear and to the point
This course was helpful and allowed me to reflect. There was just the right amount of content but further information if I needed it.

An insightful explanation of what drives human behaviour but equally stated measures to address these often harmful actions.
