A well presented overview of the basis of unconscious bias, How they can affect our choices and our working environment. It suggests ways of recognising and understanding these biases and gives exercises to change our behaviour

This initial course was perfect as an introduction to unconscious bias. It did not take an undue amount of time, and yet I felt like it was informative and challenging.

This course is well constructed and presented in a way that is easy to get to grips with and encourages you on lots of self reflection, to change the way you perceive and view people and situations. It is a subject matter that really should be introduced from an early age by teachers, parents or caregivers. Great course!

I thought it was pretty good. It was easy to use – better on google than internet explorer (my emails default to that annoyingly but that’s my fault for not changing it!). It did make me think about my actions and thoughts and it was interesting to see the different types of bias set out. Obviously working on bias, conscious and unconscious, in the workplace will be pretty challenging whilst we are all working separately but the issues are still there remotely I am sure.

I worry a lot about racial and class bias in my work place. Not sure this approach is going to sort it.
