It was a good course. I've never thought about it before or the actual course made me think.
Easy to follow
Liked the video format, easy to watch in bite size chunks rather than have to read through lots of text. Liked that it was broken up so you could break off if needed to.

It was good but perhaps a little lengthy
Interesting parts but some parts rather laboured and ACT didn't come over to me as particularly emphasised as a term despite its apparent significance in the test.

Easy to listen to, informative, l really like the bite size modules.
Relevant and powerful for positve change
This training made me really question any bias I have and why. It made positive suggestions on how I could challenge these which I feel able to apply to the workplace.

Easy to understand course relevant to anyone and everyone, took alot away from this video.
