It took longer than stated time wise.
Very time consuming, not so enjoyable as other online training websites.

Eye opening experience
Engaging piece!! I was unaware that the brain does so much in the background. The listening to voices chapter was interesting, painted different images that i had thought possible. Our unconscious bias has a lot to answer for. Will try to reassess things differently in a new light.

A very important but ignored topic
I believe it is very important to have inclusion and diversity and unconscious bias should be acknowledged and Challenged. The course opened my mind and realized that a lot of good can come out of ACT
