A bit too long
The training was interesting and thought provoking but as I had previously done Unconscious Bias classroom training quite recently, I found the on-line training a bit lengthy
Made me think again
Its so true, all of what is said was me and without realising how we are ALL biased in the way we see things, how we deal with situation and people
Questioning too much
As we get older we rely on experience that has been gained over multiple repetitions of similar events. The average of these gives us a fairly accurate assessment of the matter in hand. Although this may be regarded as bias, we cannot ignore the fact that the more the matter has been experienced the greater the chances of this bias being correct. We do not have time to challenge everything in the manner as described in this course.
