Interesting but Common Sense
It is easy to say we do not display unconscious bias but, having done this session, I know where this does happen. We may think these things but the modern world dictates that we should acknowledge, challenge and train ourselves to ignore these knee jerk reactions.
Challenging your unconcious bias
An engaging look at UB for management, covering some interesting points that we don't necessarily think of on a daily basis and to help us see things differently. We have grown an extremely diverse team on site and have challenged the norm. Its exciting to see that this is a subject matter that is ongoing for others to benefit from.

Well structured, explanatory and clear to understand.
Some good points are made
overall, a good course and some interesting theories put forward. It would be good to reduce it in content and actually have an opportunity to engage more in tasks/ exercises as we are watching videos.
Useful and thought provoking
It was a useful resource to consider the importance of self-awareness and challenging my decision making. Also, for preventing silo operations in business, which can be all too common.

Though provoking course, which should act as a catalyst to consider unconscious bias. Fortunately we have already implemented and follow the recommendations regarding recruitment.
