The Training delivery is excellent and goes further than i was expecting and this is good as it may cover off many of the other ISO requirements we need to satisfy. We may need to supplement the training to make it more forensically focussed – pragmatically addition but this would be a very small addition that can be done in house.
Relevant
This is very applicable to me and our our workplace. Challenging myself will be a constant but worthwhile effort, however I believe that many of the biases held by myself and others are completely valid and serve to protect us harm, upset, stress… The challenge is therefore, to ensure those that aren't valid aren't allowed to take precedence.

worthwhile and thought provoking
You hear of unconscious bias quite often in the media. I have always thought it to be a principle that covered all unfairly as I didn't think I thought I treated anyone unfairly or jump to conclusions. However the course cleverly uses examples where by default the unconscious bias is visible. In a similar way in which we identify a car driver by the type of car they drive, it does make you realise that we can treat people in a similar way. It does make you stop and think, even about the reasons we may be being held back by possibly the unconscious bias present in others. Understanding this can help how you can also portray yourself to others.

Raises awareness
This is an informative course of what we ALL do and quite possibly do not realise. It will certainly make me think more about my decisions both professionally and personally.
