Too deep
i struggled with absorbing the information, I felt the course was too long and in my opinion it would be better split over 2 sessions, or maybe a 10 question test half way through, before moving to the 2nd half.
Insightful and interesting.
I enjoyed the training, an opportunity to reflect and move forward with a positive mind set.
Reaffirms that biases should not go unchallenged
Not happy with the way some of the questions were posed in the test – could have been more explicit ,

The course is too long for the amount of actual content covered. Felt there was too much waffling.
We all would agree…..necessary and welcomed
I have always advocated the EDI across all aspects of society….excellent and the wider team have benefited from this thought provoking training
