Even though I was aware of what unconscious bias was, this course has shown me all the different types of unconscious bias and the reasons why we might succumb to them without thinking. It's been very helpful to learn about ACT and I will certainly be putting it into practice.

Really helpful overview of the nature and variety of unconscious biases. Clear, helpful guidance that's easy to remember. Some of the additional content, especially the 'Making decisions' checklist was particularly useful and, in my opinion, should have been included in the main course videos. Some of the last few video sections seemed repetitive and unnecessary. Definitely worth the time, especially before recruitment.

It was interesting and kept my attention all the way through. I presenter is engaging and the use of video clips etc give variety to the training which is important when it is an online training course.

This is an excellent and professional presentation and followed by a test to confirm the learning has been understood.

Clear and precise tutor well laid out on line training that enabled the student to recap the lectures to ensure understanding.

The online learning was good however the video stopped numerous times but this may be local internet connection speed issues. An improvement may be to have different presenters per section, this will help change voice tone and keep interest up. An enjoyable experience with the right length of input.
