Informative on how better to manage time
There were some good examples of how to effectively manage time and what can affect or lose us time in the day. Being more aware of this will help to make more effecient use of the time to do tasks needed for the job in hand.
Nicely presented. A useful course with some great supporting materials

Could have been better!
To some extent it was unrealistic and the techniques introduced are sometimes more time consuming than completing an important task!
Very pragmatic and practical guidance
A very good session on the things that waste time and how to tackle them. I found the present self and the future self a very good example and explanation
This was valuable training.
This will benefit myself and the team I work with.
Inconsiderate of neurodiversity
I understand that for some, these simple steps can be useful. However, I use many of the methods discussed and I still struggle with time management. I believe I have ADHD and I found the training patronising as it told me what to do that I'm already doing. The training didn't consider how neurodiversity may impact time management skills, or how different abilities might impact how someone is able to carry out tasks. I didn't think it was very inclusive. I think there also needs to be a section that explains how people with neurodiversity, where we can find specific support for our needs, and to explain how people can work with neurodiverse colleagues.
Good reminders
Good basic reminders about how to make the most of my day and setting goals.
inportant skill to master
Great
Relevant, but approach too narrow
Relevant topic, but training more suited to business environments than further education. Staff in education settings may not be afforded same opportunities to work away from main workplaces, cannot avoid disruptions to working days affecting time management performances.
Worthwhile starter on time management.
Very useful tips and advice. Difficult to stick to when running a Construction Site on your own and expected to do everything from Inductions, First Aid, QA, H&S, filing and redesigning various aspects of the project as well as motivate and lead my men out on the site. Will use the activity log and take it from there. Onwards and upwards. Colin
