very clear and concise
very informative course, i shall be trying some of those techniques
Easy to understand and enjoyable.
I enjoyed the course, it was easy to understand and done in stages. It was informative and gave me some ideas on how to be more confident when speaking. The fact that it was a person speaking, rather than text to read made it more enjoyable.
