It is just common sense really. But sadly all of these online courses has now taken approximately 3 hours out of time with the children. I know these courses are compulsory, and are probably much needed for some members of staff if their jobs involve these things. But working as an LSA who has been in this job for 20 odd years, I do feel it was a waste of time. The only good one really, was the Fire Awareness and showing us what the different extinguishers are used for. Instead of ALL staff doing these courses, maybe just send out the courses that are actually applicable to our job.

Slips, Trips and Falls Prevention Training is a simple to follow training module. Details are clear, concise and easy to follow. Great attention to detail without becoming too heavy to digest.

I thought this was a very interesting and helpful course

Taking responsibility as part of maintaining a safe environment for all was an important aspect to demonstrate and over what made each point clear.
