The training was helpful
The training was educative especially when it was thought through video not only ready just transcript, it was a great help. I don't really understand how the rate goes if 5 star is excellent or just good. For me I gave the training excellent.

Covered all slips trips and falls hazards and how to keep yourself and others safe
The training was very informative, even though some of it is common knowledge but some interesting facts thrown in there too

Clearly explained
The illustrations were useful to visualise the points being made. The explanations were clear with useful summaries. I thought the acknowledgement of physical disabilities was helpful.
