Useful Insight
This course was well presented and easy to navigate. The summaries of each slide/video were very helpful to screenshot as a replacement for taking notes and the immediate feedback from each question/the test at the end was useful.

The course was well organised and easy to follow, and I gained useful knowledge that I can apply directly to my role. The trainer explained topics clearly and provided good examples, which helped my understanding. Overall, I found the course very beneficial and would rate it highly.

Easy and straight forward to complete
The training session explains how others may feel uncomfortable in different situations which may not be apparent to some people.
Helpful but hard to remember everything!
"The course was very informative and easy to follow. It helped me understand how to identify and address inappropriate behavior at work. However, I must admit it's not quite 'perfect' for my memory! As I progressed, I found myself forgetting the earlier parts—sometimes it's hard to keep everything in mind by the time you reach the end. Still, a great learning experience and highly recommended!"
