The world is going mad
Whilst harrasment of any sort is terrible…I feel that the very 'fine line' is no longer drawn in the right place. This course feeds into people no longer taking responsability for themselves and feeding into the 'snowflake' culture….. people are becoming scared of what even their own facial expressions might be now!

Clear and professional
The training went at a good pace and was presented very well. The tricky subject was dealt with professionally and demonstrated an understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of the subject, whilst keeping it light.

Whilst already being largely aware of the legislation etc., the course was useful in clarifying any potentially ambiguous scenarios through the use of typical staged examples.
