An issue where one question required the incorrect answer to say it was correct.

Good training material.

The training is clear and concise. Explains the importance of Safer Recruitment and the steps to follow through all stages of recruitment.

Well-presented, informative and engaging

It was very clear and concise

I found the course very clear and easy to watch and listen to given that it was in bite-size chunks. It covered all the necessary points in a way which was easy to understand and remember. The presenters spoke clearly and presented in an engaging manner. Thank you.

A clear and concise training course.

I have been undertaking safer recruitment training courses for 10 years. I found this course was delivered at a good pace and level.

It was clear and the test was good

It was good to repeat the steps and break everything down. It was interesting hearing a few stand out facts around areas where questions are often asked eg do you need to re do DBS

Clear and easy to follow.

The content appears to meet the brief and the duration was suitable for one sitting.

Very thorough course

This course covers a lot of ground and all of it relevant as 'Safer Recruitment in Education' is perhaps the single most important factor within Education as it helps to both deter unsuitable candidates applying for roles and helps to monitor every employee while employed by a school.

Error in the questions section

There was a question of 'Which of the following would be acceptable references when considering a candidate?' I answered this with 'Written reference from their most recent employer on headed paper' it stated this was incorrect, I then continued with the test and had the same question 2 questions later, I then chose a different option which then was also wrong but stated the first answer I gave was correct, not sure what happened here, but it stated my answer was wrong when it was correct and it also gave me the question twice.

Comprehensive and easy to follow

Most of course went really well(WWW) – useful and current, a timely refresh as I am interviewing in 2 days time. Even better if (EBI) 4 DBS checks should be consistently described i.e. Enhanced later described as Enhanced without barring lists.
