The course was very informative and interesting. It was split into convenient and appropriate sections all of which could be repeated if desired before moving on to the next section.
Very appropriate for all
I do not work in an environment that requires me to interact with children often. However I do take part in volunteer activities as part of a large charity. This course has provided me with valuable insight, training and tools to identify and respond to potential children in harmful environments.
Excellent way of obtaining training
When one thinks they know what to look out for theres always more they have no idea of. I found the course great. Unhappy had some questions wrong.

a useful introduction to safeguarding
As a professional DSL in my workplace, i was quite impressed with the content of the programme. It is quite dense for someone very new to safeguarding and would advise it was done in small groups for these people. As a generic programme, good but would be great to have some more specific examples for the purpose of an HCPT pilgrimage – which specific signposts to support and more usual contexts. a workbook of some sort would work well to accompany this.
