Useful for knowledge and application
As a Designated Safeguarding Officer within my institution, and as a voluntary worker with older adults, I've completed many face-to-face and online safeguarding courses. This course as by far my favourite because it explained key information very clearly and also explained what to do during and after a disclosure. The links to additional information were super and the test questions were also relevant and important! I learnt something new, so I'm pleased.

very good cause
I feel that this course is very good as it is very informative and I feel that this cause is good for anyone to do as it tells you about all the forms of abuse. It makes you much more aware of all the forms of abuse and not just the most common ones. I have learnt a lot about the less common forms of abuse during this course and now feel much more confident on what signs to look out for with them.

I had an almighty struggle to view the courses using an Apple IPad Pro running the latest IOS. The play button wouldn’t work and thank to 6 interventions with Jean-Mark, it finally worked. Apart from that: a really good course.
