Useful videos but the quiz itself was too easy
While the training itself was informative and gave useful information on how to safeguard children, the questions in the quiz were overly simplistic, and many had an obvious answer which I could have given before watching any of the videos. To ensure people are actually doing this training properly, and are therefore equipped to safeguard children, you need to make the questions at the end relevant to specific content in the course so that no one can just leave the videos playing in the background and then rely on their general knowledge to pass their training.

Fine but a bit much for support services.
The training is good, but a bit much for staff who have limited involvement with the young people. The Teams portion could be optional for us too. My preference is just the prerecorded online stuff. I like going through it in my own time as the subject matter, although important, is upsetting.
Excellent well presented course
A well presented course on Safeguarding children. Both facilitators presented the facts in an easy to understand way the visual and video clips were also good.
Detailed informative training
I like all of IHASCO online training sessions. They are always so well done and very informative.
As a baseline for CPD v poor offer
Soooo slooow, can talk faster and deliver content in half the time. Questions at the end are patronising, no actual understanding required to pass, common sense will do. Embarrassing delivery, execution and offers nothing in the sense of CPD after youve done the course once, i certainly wouldn't consider adding to to my personal resume as i had seen another do recently with a more respected provider .
