Thought-provoking and thorough.
A useful reminder of the main issues many of which I had forgotten or misremembered. We deal with members of the public all the time from pre-school to pension, local to visitor. People present with a range of issues and look to us for support and reassurance regarding Library, Council and IT issues. We play a vital role in promoting and upholding citizen choice and more training leads to more sensitive and intelligent handling.

The training course was very informative and interesting, as there was a great range of topics and benefits me on what I will be doing in the volunteering sessions

Only comment would be that the Care Inspectorate could have been mentioned for Scotland instead of the CQC.
