Test unfair
At least 2 of the questions were not there to find out what candidate knew but rather to test how they copied with double negatives and confusing wording
Basic
I think that this course held some useful reminders but had very basic content.
The course was very informative.
I found this training very long and hard to remember with all the video clips then answering 20 questions after. My brain switches off after 20 minutes. Am getting old.
Insightful
I was surprised at how good this was. Most iHASCO training is overly long and laboured. This was not!
useful
Informative, straight to the point, not too long.
Very comprehensive, I learnt a lot

Double negative questions
questions felt purposefully confusing instead of making the third option in assessment questions example: what is 1+two= a> 3 b> Threee c>33 this can be rather confusing even when you have the answer. doesn't come off as checking learning, rather the persons' analytical skills.
very useful
Excellent for general knowledge and lots of useful information.
Clear, concise and informative
There was quite a lot of information to take-in but being clearly presented made it easy to digest.
