I do not believe in on line training, it
Having done risk assessment training in a group with a trainer, i believe that is better than doing it on line, i think this is limited in what was covered but OK for somebody that has not done it before
Extremely boring
It covered the information required but needed more graphics and images to hold the attention. Most of it is one man talking to camera, an annoying way of delivering training in this day and age when so many visual resources are available.
Useful course
Gained an understanding of the processes for undertaking risk assessments.
Effective but unnecessarily long
I have worked as a Manager for adults with a learning disability, for some years, pre- teaching I would like to see more on the teaching and learning of this . Furtheremore – I Wales there should be coverage of the Cwriciwlwm Cymraeg and Cymreigdod

Effective but directed at the Workplace
This was clear and simple which makes it easy to remember the drill. However, it was directed atthe workplace, not an almhouse site. I have used the 'Risk Assessment Tool; but it didn't involve the 5 x 5 matrix described on the on course and I am puzzled as to how to save an editable version.
refreshed, informative, descriptive
Perfect for supervisros/coordinators as a educational purpose, good refresher for managers and above.
