I found it pretty baffling.

I appreciate something has to be done, specific instructions re Covid, but what about the rest of it? To cite one example from the test "When thinking about acting positively what does ' doing the opposite action' mean?" What purpose does this serve? I suppose you have to ask what we think to complete the process. And you don't anonymise the feedback.

I did not learn anything new

This course does not provide any new information that is not just common sense.

Really interesting and thoughtful.

Really interesting and thoughtful. A reminder that the basics personal physical health and mental health are so very important. Reminder we are in unprecedented times so things will be challenging!

An utter waste of time.

To make this available for those that need it? I personally found it vapid, but why not? But to make it mandatory, impossible to do in less than a half hour, and to force it's consumption through an audio/visual medium is completely absurd. It's entirely composed of common sense and generic platitudes. If there is any value to prompting certain considerations they could have been conveyed in a bulleted list and emailed. It is an utter waste of time which scaled to the organisational level becomes monumental.
