It only took 21 minutes and showed me everything on videos which were clear and had a voice over to explain what the people were doing. Really worthwhile and a good refresher course. It was really good to see the difference in what to do with babies and children too.

This is a great refresher course that is delivered just as well as any in person training. I completed an in person course about 6 months ago but found the online delivery more interesting and well paced with a good mix of tutorial, practical and visuals. I would happily do this refresher again in another 6 months as the learning is invaluable and I feel more confident that I would know what to do in an emergency.

Easy to use and follow the videos,stop and start when you want,re-cap after each video.

Visual aids and summary recap at end of each slide were really helpful
