The training gave excellent understanding of how we all work differently and to encourage the strengths in that individual. This training should me mandatory . Thank you :)

It feels that showing the results as part of the certificate, instead of a simple pass/no-pass is not positive as it invite comparison. This is particularly true after a course like this one.
