Really helpful overview of neurodiversity using simple language, with good practical tips for increasing inclusion
I thought this was a really helpful introduction to different neurodivergent conditions, and how they impact neurodivergent people in the workplace. As a person with ADHD, I often come up against colleagues not understanding what I'm up against, and reading my difficulties as personal shortcomings or lack of dedication/ commitment. I wish this course was mandatory across the organisation I work for, and will suggest this to HR.
Much better understanding
I really enjoyed this course, it has helped me to have a much better understanding of neurodiversity.
Informative, Delivered Gently, Broad Coverage
This was an informative and comprehensive training packet; I was familiar with much of the content due to prior research outside of work and personal experience but seeing the clarity with which it was composed, the compassion with which it was presented and the breadth of additional topics it explored was deeply appreciable. The structure was delivered clearly (With the, I believe sole exception that 'Neurodistinct' was used multiple times in the material at the beginning before the term was defined as interchangeable with Neurodivergent in the course itself) and the speaker was pleasant in his delivery, his clarity of speaking quality and provided a friendly face addressing potentially sensitive topics (Especially how the 'Getting a Diagnosis' section at the end was handled). On the 'Getting a Diagnosis' section, more specific examples of reputable charities for each of the major neurodiversities discus

Interesting & Relevant
Interesting & Relevant. A very good, well presented course
very useful to know variation in brain function among people
It is a constructive idea that opportunities should be given to neurodiverse people to using their talents in creativity.
Really simple to follow and very informative
As a teacher, this course gave me all the relevant information about neurodiversity (a term which is much used at school with assumptions that everyone understands the implications) and has made me even more commited to helping everyone access the curriculum.
