This was quite a profound course into understanding the needs and what can be done . The fact that so many of us could be actually having these difficulties in life but not knowing about them. It makes you realize that we can all have our own problems, but sometimes nothing is said.

Was very interesting and informative but extremely long and too much information overload to absorb and remember when doing the test at the end. I did this in stages due to work volume so had to stop and start and go back when I had capacity to listen to it so really couldn't remember what I had seen or heard previously.

I learnt a lot
