Some very interesting facts
Showed anyone or everyone can have mental health issues
Exceptional
I recently completed the 'Mental Health in Construction Training' course and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The course not only provided valuable insights into mental health awareness but also tailored the content specifically to the construction industry, which made it incredibly relevant and relatable. The instructors were knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the subject matter. The course covered a wide range of topics, from recognizing signs of stress to promoting a supportive work environment. The interactive exercises and case studies helped me understand real-life scenarios and develop practical skills to address mental health concerns on construction sites. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone in the construction industry who wants to foster a healthier and more supportive work environment. Kudos to the team behind this fantastic training program!

nothing new
I have completed the course last year and I have been told to retake it but it doesn't feel like a benefit. I haven't learnt anything new and nothing was updated.
