It makes you think, about yourself & others around you wellbeing, and with small changes how you can make a positive impact or yourself or others.

An interesting guide.

With some good ideas on what to be mindful of, and some techniques to help reduce stress or pressure, and explained very well by the 2 presenters, I feel that I learned some things with this course.
