A presentation explaining what mental health is and how it can be combated.

An informative course on how mental health should be addressed and sorted. Mental Health is an issue that is not discussed – and, as such should be treated and prioritised as if we were taking care of our physical health. The course explained was very well explained, well edited, good animations and choreography. Highly recommend to everyone. "Prevention is better than cure…" .

This has been a good course to do really helps me more to understand different types of Mental Health

Enables to understand a person state of mental health ,and some people cope with stress of life, it helps where i can support their well-being or provide the right help and people in their everyday life
