Although a lot of manual handling is common sense it can also catch you out at times by not adhering to it.

An excellent overview of manual handling. I found the team lift and trolley loading sections especially useful as I had not come across them in training before.

A quick way of training
This is a better way of training you can do it in your own time at home in the evening
