Concise and informative. The LITE assessment is explained really well. The videos demonstrating the methodology are really helpful.
Conducive and interesting
This online course was informative, interesting and enlightening. It makes you think about the way you treat your body in work and home environments. Excellent course, would recommend.
Really good course doesn't take long
I found this course more than helpful as it explains everything you need to no and it's not as long either doesn't take up much of your time like previous ones I've done in the past was really helpful thanks
