Great detail, clear communication and the visuals were actually very useful and informative – something that is often overlooked in training videos.

Okay, video's require tweaking
Although mentioned, there was no video example of someone going round obstructions or moving obstructions before moving a load. Anybody can do a LITE exercise on a plain clear floor. Also, personally on a safety video I would find it more appropriate for the lady using the sack barrow to be wearing some kind of safety footwear. Other than that, does what it says on the tin.
