This course made me think about areas of Manual Handling that I had not thought about previously.

It's always good to refresh yourself on manual handling. I think a demonstration of how to safely carry the box down a ladder would have been helpful.
The course is very easy to follow
It was a good course and broke it down well however with this one and other courses aswell, some of the videos took a very long time to load which meant it took over an hour to complete as opposed to the 35 minute time block
