Made me decide to ask for help in the future
Very nice training

VERY LONG AND QUITE BORING
ALTHOUGH A VERY USEFUL COURSE, THERE MUST BE A MORE ENGAGING WAY OF PRESENTING IT.
Really useful and good context.
I thought that providing the information on how your back works at the beginning was very useful and really helped provide a solid foundation for understanding the risks that can be associated with manual handling.
Content fine, sound didn't work reliably
Content is good, but when using with Internet Explorer I kept finding that the sound stopped part way through each slide (was OK when I used a different browser)
Easy to understand

Found it very useful
It was very good to learn how to handle boxes & the way to bend properly very good
I thought it was good.
I thought it was clearly and well presented. It emphasised how being aware of correct manual handling is very relevant in ones's life generally as well as in the workplace The skeletal diagrams intererested me and although I have done a number of manual handling courses for work over the years, I still gained something from this one as well as revising the subject.
