easy to understand and very thorough
I wish everything i learn in future has this level o thorough explanation but also easy to understand by not using to complicated words or simply explaining what could be unknown for most by the end i was able to understand every single question and answer it with ease cause what was given to me in the short video stayed with me
Lost in Translation
the translation is poor , it is more easy to do it in English than in the mother language even when sometimes a dictionary is needed.

I have to say a very good understanding training lesson on lifting and bending, absolutely brilliant to be able to do it on line,

Easy to use and understand
You use manual handling every day makes you look more at your own faults that you can correct.
