serves as a good reminder of posture and load. It also makes you aware of the power of team work as a support for all staff that carry out manual handling through out there working life . Also a valuable prompt to consider in your life outside of work.

A good visual training package, very clear, good simple visual instructions. Test was good evaluator of course.

Course was very informative
Course was easy to follow by listening, and watching, videos. Whilst doing the course I became aware of my own bad habits, with posture and during manual handling. Only complaint is last question of test I caught wrong key on laptop and was unable to rectify wrong answer that was given, by mistake, even though I knew the correct answer!

A very useful course with plenty of practical advice. The graphics are good and are used well in order to aid learning.
