This course surprised me with its comprehensive analysis of the body, in particular, of the spine and surrounding muscles, tissues, ligaments and tendons. I didn't expect all the human physiology, but it made so much sense to start the course with it. In understanding more fully how the back works, it helped me understand why it is so important that manual handling is done correctly and safely. It's so easy to move a load without thinking about the effects on your body. Very informative and helpful course.

In my opinion this course was excellent, it was so easy to follow, and the tests were fair and an accurate assessment of my understanding and learning. From applying I was contacted by phone by a very helpful and friendly sales person, Louise, who clearly explained the process to access the online process, the cost and the special offer which was available. She sent the link for the trainng immediately and the programme allowed me to save the areas I had completed and return to complete the programme later. The programme was not timed so I had plenty of time to revisit areas I wished to revise and complete the programme around my work and social life. I would recommend the programme to everyone who requires this qualification or a revision of their manual handling skills.
