Clear and easy to understand!
The course was very straightforward. I enjoyed the video tutorials to demonstrate the Golden Rules of lifting. The simple but informal language I feel will enable me to remember my training about the LITE assessment. I would recommend this course to others for raising awareness of safety when it comes to everyday manual handling.

a very informative way of teaching
enjoyed the 'on-line' course, would like to see a more specialised version for delivery vehicle drivers, as some of the information given would only apply to a warehouse scenario and not 'on the road'..
