Well presented
The presentation was easy to view with the text being clearly visible against the background. All information was easy to follow and the ability to check back if required. I always find the questions and revision notes throughout the training very helpful.. After completion of the test, I looked at the Certificate but wanted to print it out at school, but found that I could not access it when I tried on another occasion.

I was hoping for a certificate.It also helped me learn a few new things that I didn't know and this will now help in out in the future manual handling.

I thought this course was largely common sense. The biology bit at the beginning was good though.

Thorough training, the person presenting makes it more personal experience, I also like the test at the end, and that have the option for so many different languages
