The course is effective, short and sweet. Explanation after each slide is effective if you couldn't understand you can replay the video. I enjoyed the course because it was essential information with demonstrations so easy to understand.

Excellent

This course was excellent in reinforcing the proper mechanism to utilize in lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying or putting down a load. The golden rules include testing a load to make sure you are able to move it safely, keep the heavier weight close to you, find a stable position and neutral posture and use your legs to lift. Break bad habits of stooping or twisting and take care of you body. Much easier to look after your body than to mend it! I have that stuck below my computer as a reminder. Overall enjoyed this course.
