highly satisfactory

Cant just ask for more. i am highly impressed.

Presentation good, not relevant to my wo

After 45 years as an engineer, I have yet to have a course that relates to the manual handling we have to do. This does not give the less experienced knowledge of how to lift and move boilers / radiators etc. Using real people in real situations ( as with the ladder training) would be more beneficial to everyone. Sorry to be negative, but modern day training leaves a lot to be desired, it needs on site physical training with the things that are relevant and due to costs etc will probably not happen.

Course was easy to understand

I found the course very helpful

I consider myself to be quite fit and so even a few days ago I was humping heavy boxes up the cellar steps and thinking the exertion was probably good for me. After watching the videos I realise how foolish I have been. I could have asked my husband for help or more sensibly reduced the weight of the load and made a few quick trips with lighter loads. Thanks to the course I will try to take much more care of my back.
