Very useful
This course is very useful especially with the situation we are in with the virus. I found the advice very helpful.
Some useful tips in this training that can be used at both work and home when dealing with stressful situations. Hopefully I will be able to put them into practice as they arise

We should encourage all employees to enroll onto this training course. if not Employees then definitely the Team Leaders as I believe this will benefit them.

seeing a demonstration of some of the practical steps that can be taken to reduce anxiety and manage it correctly was very helpful

Really enjoyed the training, only thing i could suggest is that the attachments given in each section would be good if the links were emailed once the training had been completed.
