Excellent course.

This course would be perfect for adding to the school syllabus for children of all ages.

The course is thorough

I have learnt a some new interesting facts that I had not considered before in respect of lone working and will definitely use these at work and even when not, as a way of keeping myself safe.

To the point and easy to follow.

Nice bite size chunks of learning. Very clearly articulated and the videos are helpful

Terry Koivunen

Very informative.

lot's of irrelevant information

The course addresses a worst case scenario and even in that scenario the tools given are not very convincing. The course should address more the day to day issues one sees when working alone. That way the course will be more practical and not so hypothetical. Also the presentation is longwinded and boring. Too much irrelevant stuff is gathered to create length course material which can be sold by iHasco. A lone worker course which discusses a check-engine-light in modern cars???? really??? You couldn't come up with something better? You are just filling up time. You focus too much on the lone worker being attacked by another human being. If a person works with potential aggressive individuals, then that worker needs a complete different training. Not someone babbling about exits and noting down the name of a taxi driver. The average lone worker works at home. Develop a course around that scenar
