Clear, concise training
Enjoyed this training. The trainer is very clear and explains things well. I learnt a lot about being a 'lone worker' in situations I didn't appreciate would be classed as lone working and made notes of how we can improve our in-house systems to keep the team safe.
I enjoyed the course as it was very easy to understand.

Brilliant

not really relevant for home workers
Whilst I know that home workers are technically lone workers, it's a very different situation from most of the scenarios covered in the training, which didn't feel very relevant to me. Especially as there are usually other members of my household at home too. I know working remotely has it's own risks, but I felt these were adequately covered in 'health and safety for homeworkers'. Some of the content of the lone worker course is useful for my safety in my personal time but most of it is really common sense
Great course with effective guidance
The delivery was clear and included new information that adapted to the changes we have and the possible risks that have arisen with changes since March/April 2020. I now know what to do when lone working. Thank you
Clear and not too complicated
Easy to listen to, and it keeps your attention. The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to click next when I'm doing it on my phone.
Super training , ideal for what was needed .
I really enjoyed the course and i found it most helpful .Thank you
excellent comprehensive and sensitive training
excellent coverage of a difficult and complex area of work in a sensitive professional accessible and memorable way
Clear and concise
The training although mainly common sense was helpful as a reminder of the key aspects of keeping safe when lone working.
