A well structured training.

The course is a bit lengthy, but it covers many things of importance.

Interesting and useful.

Not that relevant for outside my work (school) but useful for parent's meetings and late working.

General life skills rather than specific long working advice – painful to watch!

The course was significantly slower than necessary. A faster-paced option or condensed version would be better. Much of the content could be more effectively delivered as a checklist or a one-page fact sheet, which could be reviewed in 5–10 minutes rather than requiring 40 minutes to watch. Additionally, the material felt overly basic and not tailored to the audience. As a 39-year-old professional, I found many of the examples such as charging a phone, packing medication, or general highway code advice, to be general life skills rather than specific guidance for lone working. Much of this wasn’t relevant to my location or work context. To improve the experience, I’d recommend: Speeding up course delivery or simply offering a summary or quick-reference version instead and focusing more on the actual risks and protocols specific to lone working.
